Our fruit centres are made from high quality ingredients which are extruded and uniquely dried to produce a case hardened, yet soft centred piece, perfect for chocolate panning and yoghurt coating or to eat just as they are.
Each fruit centre is covered in coconut or rice flour and has a high fruit content making them a wholesome and healthy snack. All our fruit centres can be produced with gluten free ingredients in varying flavours and sizes.
A blend of individually coloured and flavoured fruit pieces lightly coated in coconut. Sizing is approximately 12mm.
All fruit centres are available in individual flavours, lightly coated in coconut or rice flour. Sizing is approximately 10mm.
Smaller fruit centres (approximately 8mm) covered in rice flour. Ideal for coating to produce a smaller finished piece for use in a variety of mixes.
